The Verdict is In!

We win! We win! Jibbitz LLC won a whopping $1.8 million for patent infringement. Unfortuantely a gentleman in Japan had a really brilliant idea. Fortunately we already thought of it!

Ron Snyder, President and Chief Executive Officer of Crocs, Inc., commented, "We are gratified by the Court's decision and particularly pleased with its clear findings regarding the strength of Jibbitz' copyrights. We are deeply committed to protecting our intellectual property and trademarks, and we will continue to take any necessary actions to defend our position in the marketplace."

What about a diabetes alert 'jibbitz'? My daughter is diabetic, and we are always looking for something different. A jibbitz would be great for the wristband. Thanks.

I really like all the selections you have on the site but i can't help but be EXTREMELY disappointed you don't have a Virginia Tech "jibbitz".

Once i saw you had a collegiate category i had no doubt you'd have a VT one. BUT NO!!! :(

Hey i was wondering if you were going to come out with canadien province jibbitz i think they would be popular for people that are traveling !! i know if i went to a different state or province and seen them i would buy them, as well as many others!!
