Just got the numbers in for August and I am amazed. We have grown from $200k per month to $2M per month in just 6 short months ($24M yearly run rate).
Many people have asked how we managed our growth without imploading and the obvious answer is the quality of people we have hired. We also utlilize an excellent software package that allows Jibbitz to scale up the business without adding more heads. Its part CRM, ERP and part Inventory Management with a direct tie into FedEx for automated pick-up and order tracking. Awesome stuff!
Its been a blast, however, I just hope the next 6 months are not at the same growth rate as the past 6 months, because I believe in having fun and family time!
